“Fasten Freude” is my holistic health experience that combines medically certified Buchinger expertise with bold, creative design. I developed the brand from the ground up – including naming, visual identity, and all materials across print and digital platforms. Rooted in medical knowledge and refined aesthetics, “Fasten Freude” reflects a unique intersection of health and design. The identity communicates clarity, calm, and energy, capturing the physical and mental reset that fasting offers.
